Because we’re a small company we’re intimately aware of every aspect of your website and are available to discuss it at any time. We’re not a faceless company with constantly changing personnel and a buffer zone of secretaries and office juniors to circumvent before you reach the person you’re after. This also obviously means we have low overheads so you’re not paying above the odds to fund our office space, payroll and fleet of company cars. You’ll come to think of us as part of your team.

Value for Money

We’re not the cheapest firm out there but we do offer the best value for money. When you employ us to build your site you’re not just buying a design and some code. You’re buying experience which will make the difference between a successful site and an expensive mistake. Someone else might be able to build a site for you at half the price we’d charge, but if there’s no flow to the site then your conversion rate - the number of visitors who go on to buy from you - will be low.

We have 8+ years of experience in getting this right and we continue to keep up with the latest information and studies on the subject. This has probably made us sound quite expensive, but we’re probably not as expensive as you think.

Honest Advice

From time to time a client will ask for something which we know is a bad mistake and will affect the usability of their site. If we think you’re making such a decision, we’ll let you know it and we’ll supply you with reasons why. We’ll also suggest some alternative strategies to accomplish what you want. We’ve talked clients out of spending thousands in the past because we thought it was a bad idea. That may seem like bad business sense on our part but we think of it as part of the service.

You don’t pay us for unquestioning obedience. That’s not value for money. You pay us for our knowledge and expertise and if we think you’re about to spend a lot of money for little reward it’s our duty to let you know. We may butt heads from time to time but remember that we always have the best interests of your site and your company at heart.
